    Robust materials, precise manufacturing and quality control by experienced staff make WIRA products exceptionally durable and low-maintenance. This reduces follow-up costs and downtime.

    Every employee is responsible for the quality of their work. Through targeted training measures, motivation and a clear focus on zero defects, we create an environment that enables sustainable efficiency and cost optimisation. Cross-departmental cooperation is a key success factor.

    Preserving our natural resources, addressing climate change and promoting social justice are key challenges of our time. We implement concrete measures to protect the environment, including efficient use of resources such as gas, electricity and water, and the avoidance of environmentally harmful substances. Our products are durable and robust so they can be fed into recycling or material recovery cycles after their lifecycle. Additionally, we have installed a photovoltaic system on our roof to sustainably cover part of our energy requirements.

    Workplace safety is our highest priority. We go beyond legal requirements and take comprehensive measures to ensure our employees‘ well-being. We use work equipment as intended and consistently employ safety equipment. Regular training ensures all employees know and apply necessary safety precautions. Emergency plans, ergonomic workplace design and regular safety and health checks protect and promote the well-being of all employees. We actively identify and minimise risks to prevent workplace accidents and health impairments.
